In general I am always pleased by the service I reredeive from Gaudy. The process of replacing 4 Tire Pressure Management Modules in my 2008 Fit was a little slower than I had planned Unforseen circumstances happen, of course, but communication to me was not the best this time. When my advisor, 'Minh', apparently had to take some time off, the ball got dropped and what should have been a 1 day job at the least became a work week without my car, triggering not only the $900 bill (which was justified, but a surprise nonetheless), but also inconvenient for me to get around. An Uber ride was authorized when I dropped off the car, but not when I needed to return to pick the car up. All considered., the service department is top notch. This was a minor annoyance; I appreciate your soliciting my opinion.

The staff member can be more respectful and friendly. I experienced some rude and unprofessional behavior from the first person and the person that gave me my key back. Neil was actually pretty respectful and helpful. I just moved to the Alhambra area and decided to give my nearby dealer a shot but nothing compared to the dealer on Glendale where everyone is friendly and respectful. They even wash my car without me asking.

The contents of the rear passenger compartment were just dumped on the front passenger seat when my truck was delivered to me. I understand that the items had to be moved to access the fuel pump but no attempt was made to put the items back in their original locations.

Still have to wait 15 minutes at reception despite of appointment. It took 2.5 hours for the service. I don’t expect car wash but cleaning up windshield is the least Honda can do. Another close to 10 minutes wait to pick up the car.
