I took my S2000 to have the cluster gauge fixed. I bought this car from this dealership in 2006 or 2007. We took this car for maintenance to this place for several years after we bought it. Neil kept telling me that there was no record of the car in the system. He kept repeating that there was no record as though I had something to do with the missing information with the tone of his voice. I needed the car's cluster gauge fixed and the indoor light repaired or replaced. He informed me of the cost for diagnosis and that it was necessary to keep the car longer for assessment. He reassured me that it will be safe and secure inside the building. When the cluster gauge was replaced, he called and let me know that it might take more days before the repair of the indoor light would be complete. This was on a Thursday and he told me that it will be ready the following week. Again, he reassured me that the car will be well taken cared of and will be parked indoors. I was glad to hear that since I just took the car for a major detailing job just before I took it to the shop for the repair. I received a call from Neil on Saturday afternoon. My husband and I were in our home in Big Bear. I told him that I will pick up the car on Monday as long as I know it's safe and secure until then. He reassured me again that it will be. Neil indicated that he will be off Monday and will return to work on Tuesday. I decided to pick up on Tuesday when I know he will be around to answer questions I may have. When we got the car, I noticed that there was a chipped paint marks on the front spoiler. The grill looked dirty and dusty and appeared to have been driven off somewhere. There was a very noticeable dried bird feces on the convertible top and the trunk. This car had had a major detailing prior to it being taken to the dealership for repair. My detail guy will not leave the grill dirty and dusty, nor will he leave bird poop on the car. Neil denied accountability to any of my valid concerns. He was very dismissive and defensive, and very condescending since he addressed my husband instead of dealing with me.

We were given a two hour window to expect work completed. After waiting well beyond that, my husband, who had another important commitment, went to inquire about his much longer to expect. The service rep assigned to our vehicle had gone to lunch and the car had been complete for quite some time. It was frustrating to sit and wait well beyond the time it took to complete the work. If my husband had not taken the initiative to inquire, who knows his much longer we would have waited unnecessarily. On the plus side, no one harassed us about masks since we showed up bare faced because of medical exemptions. We usually have to fight for our rights. That was a huge plus. Thank you.

I have several issues. 1. Vehicle was promised to be ready at 1600 Sunday due to unforeseen maintenance that was required. Vehicle was not ready until 1800. 2. When I called for an update on my vehicle I was told to come in because vehicle was ready, when it wasn’t and I sat and waited for 2 hours. 3. My service advisor Ivan F Castro, did not inform me he wouldn’t be working Sunday so I had no point of contact and was left in the dark Sunday. 4. My service advisor also failed to provide me with 2 quotes I repeatedly reminded him for. 5. When I called to speak with my service advisor, I was told that no one by the name of Ivan Castro worked at Goudy Honda Alhambra. 6. When I called Ivan’s direct line, which did have his personal voicemail message on it, I left 3 messages on 3 different days and to this date have not received a call back. By far the worst experience at goudy Honda to date, not the first, but the worst. I’ve been a customer since 2012 and I think this could’ve been the reason to never return. If anyone actually takes the time to read this, we’ll maybe it’ll help improve your customer service which it needs. Thank you,
