I had an appt at 10:00am. I didn’t get served until 10:30am. I was told my car would be done by 12:00. When I wasn’t called by 12:30 I went up to ask about my car. I was told it had actually been ready by 11am. So I basically stayed in the waiting room 1 and a half hours longer than I needed to be. When I was speaking to the rep It was obvious he had forgotten to let me know my car was ready. The only texts he sent was asking if I wanted new brakes. He tried to play it off as he did tell me my car was ready but I still have the texts as proof there is not text or call saying my car is ready. It would have been more respectable if he admitted he made a mistake and apologized. Please don’t contact me. This is just FYI to fix mistakes.

Not sure what was done. No one called me for an update. I had to call to ask for an update. Some wires were removed and were left inside the van. I dont know what they are. No one informs me what was remove or done. I would like to have better communication for future services.
