When i received my car back. I drove home and there was an odd sound that i did not hear before i dropped it off and a smell of burned rubber.

I was "waiting" for my car and the service person told me that it would about an hour and a half for my oil change to be completed. I was waiting in the lobby and never received the text from him stating that my car was complete. It wasn't until 3 hours later that I went to ask that they said it had already been completed. Really disappointed in the level of service to the customer.
