Wilson is very informative and polite. However, the service was not satisfied. we dropped off the car on Wednesday and on the paper says May 28th promised pick up. When I arrived that I was told my car was not ready so I had to pick up the next day. When I picked up on the next day, I found out my slide door was not working( this is one of the recall).
I had to come back and drop off my car again, it cost me so much time, I hope Honda can give me an explanation.

We were waiting for the servicing and Dane made sure that it was done efficiently so that instead of a 4-hour wait, it was completed in about 3 hours. I was expecting a 4-hour wait as when I had come on the previous day to inquire how long “B 7” would take, another gentleman had also said it would take 4 hours. So we were very grateful that it was done in less than that.
