Service Consultant should’ve reach out often if there was an issue, which there was, to provide updates and provide new time service will be completed. Instead, it was me, the customer, that had to constantly seek an update from him. Only to hear at 6 hours that the issue cannot be resolved and that he didn’t recognize me, also that I should have just walked up to him any time I had a question—this is not my duty as a customer since I’m not the one on the clock here working. However, he did offer a rental free of charge. Luckily, near the end, the technician was able to resolve the issue, and the Service Consultant waived the oil change cost since I had waited for hours and practically wasted my day. As a result, I would never return to Goudy Honda again for any service or any future purchase(s).

I was not comfortable with employee and ended up not having any work done. I was asked to sign form that failed to reflect employee representation that diagnosis fee would be waived if we agreed to repair estimate. This could have been remedied by a adding a note to the form. Employee didn’t establish trust. Before leaving, I asked employee for his name.
