When my car was ready to pick up, I asked Mike Fogt if he can go to my car to show me what parts that technician replaced but he said No, he told me it already closed and covered and we cannot see the part that technician replaced.
My car’s AC were replaced condenser and compressor, i have to figure out from You tube where they are and i found out those 2 parts can be visible when open the hood.
He seems not happy on that day , maybe it was a bad day for him.
i might be in the wrong day and wrong time when he was not in a good mood.
BTW I would like to give a big Thank to Mr. John Wilson who i really appreciated on his effort to help me out on repair cost as i dont think it is right to have me pay for compressor that leak due to the defect condenser. Honda should cover 100 % of this repair.
Then I reached out to Mr.Wilson asking him to help me out on this.
After he listened to my concern, he took action right away by contacting Honda rep. and then follow up on this , finally Honda approved to cover 70 % of the repair cost. ( For me, American Honda should cover 100 % instead of 70 % as it is not my fault to pay for this defect ).
I appreciated Mr. Wilson’s effort to help me out.
He is the only reason i still bring my car to service at Goudy as i feel he s always be there when i need help.
