Dane called to let me know when the part for the trunk arrived. We arranged the appointment and I told him that I could come in the morning as I had meetings in the afternoon. I told him I would wait for the car repair to be done. He assured me that he would have car ready by lunchtime. He fulfilled his promise. I was very pleased with his professionalism as well as the product.

I did have to wait almost half an hour from my appointment time when I arrived until I was able to leave my car for service. It would have been nice to just drop the keys and not have to wait in my car for the 2 cars ahead of me to pull forward, especially since I scheduled an appointment.

Thank goodness for Jesus who asked me if I needed help and assisted me right away. He found my car and got it for me. Jesus was awesome.

As always, Sader provided me with excellent customer service. But I think the price for an oil and filter, and fuel injection treatment (which he recommended, and I trust his advisement) was higher than I I was expecting a rang between $150-$250. I was wrong. Also, I mentioned to Sader if the Wednesday, Men’s discount would be applied in the total, to which he told me that it was already included in the total price. I was sort of disappointed after being a faithful customer for many years and purchasing 5 vehicles from Goudy Honda. Anyways, I will have to think twice before taking my Hondas to get serviced at the dealer, unless it’s am major service. I’m prone to diy since all of my Hondas are older and out of warranty. Thank you.
