The first trip to Goudy Honda on 6/30 was a pleasant encounter with Neil and the rest of the staff. After I picked up my vehicle I felt like something was off with my car as I was driving it. I got in contact with Neil again through the automated text thread. I vocalized my concerns about the vehicle through text first. He proceeded to call me for further clarification and information; as I was trying to explain my concerns he keep interrupting me, became very dismissive, a little rude, and defensive. I did appreciate they way that he responded to the situation through the phone. I had to keep insisting on him to have someone take a look at the vehicle again. When I arrived to Goudy the second time on 7/2 he continued to say that everything was correct he checked it but if I really felt that it needed to be tested again they’d do it. He instructed me to wait in the sitting area while they retest the alignment in the machine. I waited for about 30 minutes with no check-in or update after the test. I happened to walk by and saw they were covering my seats again. I waited another 10 minutes to see if Neil would come check-in. After I hadn’t heard anything I went to go speak with someone who was at the front check-in section were he informed me that they were putting my car on the alignment rack, another thing I didn’t appreciate. I prefer open communication and wish I knew who I spoke with at the check- in desk! Overall I was very displeased with my second experience with Neill. I didn’t appreciate the way I felt at the end of experience, especially at a place that was supposed to be make me feel comfortable.
