I know I arrived a little later in the day and it was a busy day per my observation and I do understand, however, I felt rushed, like let’s just get this done so we can all go home (yikes). Secondly, I feel that the cost of an ultra change has been increasing every time I go. I am considering to explore a local place closer to home.

The cashier was rude when I requested car service. It was upsetting that she didn’t treat me as a valued customer considering I spent nearly one thousand dollars there today. The actual service team was phenomenal but the women in the cashier office were disrespectful.

I just find appointments completely worthless if you still have to wait over 2 hours for a simple oil change. I understand that this is a high volume service center but it still makes no sense to wait that long when there was an appointment made before

Dane went above and beyond again! When I first pull-up service advised me that there was a 2-3 hour wait. I had an appointment for just a tire rotation. Dane made it happened by getting me in n out with in 30 minutes! Awesome work Dane and Goudy Honda????????

The technicians told me they would be able to charge my car since I was low on miles and needed to go to an appointment afterwards. The car was finished with service at 11:30 and they said to come around 1-1:30 to pick it up after charging. When I arrived. I had less mileage than when I dropped it off and it had not been charged. I had to get a ride to my appointment and was late because they did not charge they car and did not notify me about it at all.

Dane gave me Great Service. Goudy Wait time to be attended is a little long. Need more customer service personnel overall. This would create a quick in and out. Otherwise, why have so many desk for customer Service if they are not being used.
