I had an appointment for an oil change at 730. I arrived early.First I was advised about doing several services including an oil leak that I did at the last service. After telling the representative about that, he proceeded to tell me that there are no notations about the oil leak being corrected. I pointed out my almost 1000 charge from the last visit. March 2021 so he stopped asking about it, although he couldn't say why there were no notations, and when I picked the car up he didn't mention anything about whether there was an oil leak. Also, he let me know that my car would be ready by 9am. I am surprised by the time quote given that I had an appointment and arrive early/on-time. I also had an email which I asked what a "minor service" was, but since I didn't present it initially he proceeded to tell me in several sentences why I made a mistake and why I didn't read the fine print. I apologized for missing the fine print, all the while reading the giant mural stating Ask not what your customer can do for you, ask what you can do for your customer. I still an unclear why the notes are incomplete. I will be looking for my receipts from the last visit.

I am disappointed at the customer service. I had lower bumper grill installed by goudy honda and it fell off a week later. The part and labor was around $800 and goudy would not replace the part even after they diagnosed that the issue was not my car. They accused me of driving fast or hitting something on the road… very disappointing

I had an appointment scheduled at 9 am for an oil change. I was told also needed to have my tires rotated. It took 3 hours to get that service completed. I’ve had service done at Sierra Honda for the same service in which it was completed in 2 hours.

I thought the service on this occasion was not up to the same level as the previous 5 times I've been in. The normal safety checks of the vehicle were not reported on my receipt - such as the level of brake pads remaining.
Perhaps it was due to COVID. I hope future visits are back to the normal quality I got accustomed to.
