My service was faster than the estimated time. The person helping me was not very attentive. He just saw me as another customer coming in for a service. He didn't seem very interested in helping me as other members were. When he called me to process my payment, he kept me waiting standing next to his desk while he was on the phone. Overall, I think the fee for oil change was more than what it should have been. I was not told what the price was until the end. I had to ask for the 10% discount for women. I wish they gave me the break down of where the price came from instead of just giving the itemized receipt at the end.
