I left my vehicle on a Saturday with the understanding that it would be ready by Tuesday. Due to a series of delays, my vehicle wasn’t ready for pick up until Thursday morning. The staff was slow to update me on the status of my vehicle and I spent a long time on hold when I called the service center. This is the worst experience I’ve had with the service center. As a result of the delay in servicing my vehicle, I incurred $88 in additional cost for use of a replacement vehicle.

I was completely disappointed in the quote I received for an a.c diagnosis. The original price was a ridiculous $450, but I was quoted a so called deal of $350 which is insane. Mind you Honda extended a warranty on condensers because they're having problems with them leaking. So I decided not to service my car,I drove home & called 3 other Honda dealers & they quoted me 1/3 of the original price from Goudy how crazy is that. I was very disappointed I had to go to another dealer. Where is the loyalty from Goudy. I bet you guys don't even care or keep track of how many cars my family & I have leased/bought from the Goudy. Which is around 10 give or take 1.Just very let down.
