I took my 2019 CR-V in under warranty to have my windshield wiper reservoir fixed. It was not holding fluid in the reservoir due to the hose had split and had holes on the line. I was denied warranty because I was told it was due to a mouse chewing hose. I asked how can you know if it was a mouse due to holes tears in hose. He quoted me cost to repair out of pocket was $440.00 dollars to change hose. I feel that this was a decision that should’ve been under warranty! I do not have rats or mice in my garage! I think it was a defective hose that split. I would think that Honda would cover this warranty. Very dissatisfied on this decision to a customer that bought Honda because of their reputation!

Guest services was great, but I received comments to change my cabin filter and air filter but when I checked myself they were both white still. I had recently changed them both myself. They were not dirty and were not required to be changed.

After I left the dealership I noticed that my glovebox was open. I tried to close it and it wouldn’t close. I was 15 minutes away but I decided to go back when I got there, I explained to your man greeting visitors and he knew exactly what was wrong. Evidently they have to lower the glove box to check a filter. The tech didn’t put it back properly. He fixed it, but it was a 30 minute unnecessary round trip for something’s that your service tech should have taken care of. It feels careless. I drive here from la crescenta. There are 2 Honda agencies closer. Glendale and Pasadena. Tighten up your service department or you’re going to lose me. I have purchased 2 cars from you and I referred my daughter who has purchased 2 cars.

I was told that my car would be ready in 2 hours. I waited in the waiting room waiting for a text msg or a call. 2 hours passed by nobody contacted me. I waited a little more till it was 3 hours. Then, I decided to walk out and check if my car was ready. Well it was ready. The guy told me he texted me but I never received it!!!! I was not satisfied because they should have tried to contact me you know. I wasted my time there. Please improve your system and make sure you can contact customers. Thanks.

I have to mention I just bought my brand new 2022 Honda Civic EX Sedan and took it to Sierra Honda and their Service Department had the shittiest service/customer service. They didn’t want to do anything. They should just close their service department or rename it to I don’t want to do Jack **** Dept. Worst experience ever and I will never go back to them for anything and will make sure all my family and friends never give them a dime. Now onto the real reason I’m taking my time to write this review. I don’t write a lot of reviews and when I do it’s because I want to acknowledge exceptional people. Well, Jose Trujillo is one of them. I want to thank Jose for providing exceptional service. He followed up and followed through with everything he said he would do. He provided me with updates as promised. He went above and beyond. He didn’t treat me like a number and wasn’t a robot. He talked to me and made me feel comfortable about the entire process and has a pretty damn good sense of humor too. Every company should have a team member like Jose because he’s the BEST, makes a difference and the reason I will be coming back and highly recommending everyone to Goudy Honda. Thanks Jose! I appreciate you!
