A mere change oil svc took almost the whole day!!! Unacceptable! Dropped off car around 8:30am & was ready pickup at 4:pm. Too many excuses. Advisor committed service will be completed after 3-4 hrs because I didn’t have an appt. it’s ridiculous & was about to back out. 4 hrs waiting was already cumbersome & apparently it got extended to another 3 hrs waiting!
