Was called after waiting in the waiting room for one and a half hours and was told my car will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes that I should be receiving another call shortly but was called closed to an hour later. Once I paid for the service it took about 20 minutes before my car was brought out. It would be great if the wait time would improve. Service provided by the technician was great.
Have been taking my car for service there since 2010 when I purchased it. Would like to add that all services have been great in the past.
