I had an appointment at 9. Arrived at 9. Had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes to see an advisor. Advisor and service was good but waiting was not. Why bother with an appointment when it was first come first serve. Sad

Your Service rep, Minh Ngo, was very professional. Based on the information I gave him, he told me what to expect. Once confirmed, he let me know and had the car ready at the estimated time he projected.
There should be a better way to ensure the customers are taken in order. A person who came after me had gotten out of her car and approached another service rep. That person didn't bother to see that I was next and serviced that person. I saw Minh actually look to see who was next. I really appreciated that.
I will schedule my service with Minh when the time comes.
