Several issues:Sader insisted that my car required the synthetic oil at the higher cost. He even went out of the way to show me the chart. He pretended like the chart didn't show that my car could take both 5w20 and synthetic. Im an engineer, does he think i don't know how to read a chart? I can only imagine how many people he has oversold on buying into the costlier synthetic. Then, i asked for a quote to install a sun visor. He quoted me $83 for a 5 minute job. Seriously, does it cost more to install a sun visor in 5 minutes than it does to change my oil, filter, check my tires, brakes, fluids and battery, and rotate tires each weighing 50 lbs? When I declined the service, Sader rang me up, and told me my wait would be 3 hours. By that time another employee had taken my keys and vehicle. I spoke to a fellow customer who had also come in for an oil change without an appointment and he was told his wait would be 1 hour. I guess Goudy Honda makes you pay in one way or another. I spoke to John Wilson. My car was ready at 915, two hours after i came in. You should remove the Express wording from your sign. Seriously, this is why people hate your dealership. We just want honest service, not slimy people playing games.
