My pilot starts to shake when driving down hill and pressing the brake, I had this issue back in 2023
Diamond Honda replace the routers, I believe it was the front
It was fine after they replaced them
Not it started to do it again, we visit family to Hesperia CA back in August and it started to do the shaking while breaking on downhill. We went in September again to Hesperia CA and the Pilot did it again.
I mention this to Daniel T. He wanted to charge me for front brakes and for inspection and I said no because I have warranty
He didn’t even bother to check what kind of warranty I have he just said it will not cover what he suggested to do to the Pilot. It was toooo much money!
I just did the maintenance service the Pilot needed
I called the warranty company and they said why didn’t the service department did not reach out to them to tell the warranty what exactly the Pilot needed and they will let the service department (Daniel T.) what is covered or not.
