Daniel Tieu was so helpful and understanding considering I was so frustrated with an issue that had not been resolved in the past 6 years that I have owned my vehicle. Long story short, my key was not unlocking my door automatically when I touch the door handle this whole time that I’ve had my car! I told everyone who ever helped me with my maintenance checks every summer and winter when I had the time off from being a preschool teacher I would go and try to fix it. Every time they gave me no answers until July 25th when I finally got an answer from a women advisor she said that my alarm system that was installed at this dealer was interfering with the signal of my key to unlock my door! I was thrilled to finally get an answer so I was eager to get it fixed. She said she would talk to the person who sold my vehicle and get back to me fast forward to October I noticed I still haven’t received a call back from her so I called. She then told me that she spoke to the man who sold me my vehicle and said that there was nothing they can do to help me because they no longer work with the individuals who installed my alarm system. I was instantly so upset to hear that after all these years that they wouldn’t find the problem now they couldn’t help me! She then said I could reach out to customer services! I did not I called the service manager Johnathan and told him this long story! He immediately brought me in to get it fixed that same Saturday. Just to find out that since we waited so long the alarm system then fried my computer stystem! So that also had to be replaced. They took out the alarm and had to contact my extended warranty to replace my compute (ECU I believe they called it). Thank god they approved the repair because that would have cost 1,700 out of my own pocket! To conclude this review that I will also leave in the survey if it wasn’t for my constant persistence to fix my car and continue to call the individuals helping I would have ran out of time because my extended warranty expires in 6,000 miles more! I would have been paying that out of my own pocket the 1,700 to fix my car that should have been fixed at least the first year I was constantly bringing in my vehicle for routine check ups. I also never go to any other dealer I am a loyal customer and it saddens me that I would like to continue going to this dealer for my next vehicle and my continued services that are actually do so I’ll be in soon.
