Chastity was great and very friendly. She was on top of it and only delay was Honda Care took a couple days to get approval for my Honda HR-V repairs. I’m grateful it was approved and so happy I invested in the Honda Care. Chastity kept me up to date on the status of my car. Also, staff around in the service dept were very welcoming.
