Daniel was very organized and efficient in explaining what service needed to be done on my car. He also was very good in estimating when my car would be ready. He checked for possible recalls and informed me of the status of my tire and brake wear for the future. Overall he was pleasant to work and very clear in communicating all the details of my car's maintenance needs with me.

I came to Goudy Honda to get my car fix because I was having trouble with the transmission. The advisor Wilson Yu and the technician suggested a solution that would “fix” my car. After paying $800 for the service, 2 days after my transmission was having problems again. Wilson Yu didn’t believe my situation so I asked if I can drive the car with the technician inside my car, and there the technician right away said “this car is not drivable” you need to leave the car. After they diagnose my car they found a code and made me paid $400. It was very stressful to talk to my advisor.
