Good service and professional work

Wilson took care of my issue with the recall software update . I was shuttled to work and when Wilson called to say car was ready I was able to be shuttled back to pick up my car. Appreciated the service. The big concern I had was I was not notified about this recall before this incident. It’s important and has some real safety concerns if I had been driving when this happened ( car powering down) I’m thankful I want driving when this happened to my car .

Outstanding Service - Daniel, Josh, and Kennedy Went Above and Beyond After struggling with ongoing issues with our Honda Odyssey (sliding doors and infotainment glitches), Goudy was my last resort. I had taken my van to my local Honda dealer over 5 times, and despite their repeated attempts, the problems were never truly resolved. I drove all the way from Torrance to Alhambra hoping Goudy could help, since that’s where I originally purchased the van. From the moment I arrived, Daniel and Josh took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns and thoroughly diagnose the door issues. They identified the root cause and went the extra mile by working directly with Honda to get a portion of the repair covered, even though my extended warranty didn’t cover everything. They also provided me with a rental vehicle throughout the repair process. What impressed me even more was that Daniel and Josh proactively identified and addressed the infotainment issue while completing the door repairs. Their attention to detail and commitment to truly solving problems rather than just treating symptoms made all the difference. Kennedy also deserves recognition for handling my rental seamlessly—the vehicle was ready to go the moment I dropped off my van, making the entire process stress-free. After years of frustration elsewhere, the professionalism, expertise, and genuine care I experienced at Goudy has completely restored my confidence. Daniel, Josh, and Kennedy are exceptional team members who truly understand what customer service means. Thank you for finally giving me the resolution I needed!
