I requested to Neil when service is completed, send me a text, which he did. He told me it be a couple of hours and asked if I am no staying in premises, if not I can get a ride home. I chose to walk and get me a coffee, nesilnsaid I can have driver drop you off, I responded thanks, I need the excessive ???? Service was completed as stated to me and I came and picked up my car. The service department is on their game. I had a pleasant experience and will be addressing front breaks in future. I thank Neil and Goudy Honda for excellent customer service!

Omar was, and always is an amazing, friendly, kind, and efficient service professional. He has helped me on more than 1 occasion, and he has taken care of me like I was family every time. O bought an Odyssey in 2013, and because of excellent service at Goudy Honda over the years, I bought my CRV so I could take it to Goudy, too. Omar, thank you. You are the best!
