Price at check out didn't match what was quoted over the phone. Mirrors were changed from original position without notice. Dirt and black markings left on interior, dash and seats.

Job was completed before estimated time and everything was thoroughly explained so I knew everything that was going on. Completely satisfied and will come back.

I made my appointment early because I needed to leave early. I was told,- after service, that my car had a flat tire that was repairable. I was told they could fix it in half an hour and it took an hour and a half. So for my “Express Service, I was there from 7:15-11:15. I think I should have been told about the nail in my tire at the beginning of service, not at the end.

Daniel, Josh, and Kennedy Continue to Exceed Expectations I’m back at Goudy for a follow-up on the infotainment issue I mentioned in my previous review, and once again, Daniel, Josh, and Kennedy have demonstrated why this service department is exceptional. Daniel and Josh took the time to meticulously replicate the infotainment problem to identify the root cause rather than just guessing at a solution. This attention to detail is exactly what was missing at my previous dealer. Daniel also went above and beyond by coordinating with my extended warranty to arrange a rental vehicle, and Kennedy had me set up and on my way quickly. What really impressed me was how Daniel and Josh prioritized diagnosing my issue early in the day. I was prepared to wait until 4pm, but they had identified the problem and got me into a rental by 11am. Their efficiency and respect for my time didn’t go unnoticed. While waiting at the dealership, I had the opportunity to work from various areas, and I was struck by how welcoming the entire team was. The atmosphere and culture at Goudy clearly reflects a commitment to customer care from the top down. This is now my second visit where Daniel, Josh, and Kennedy have gone above and beyond.
