Ivan and Leo were both great! Josh the technician was also awesome. Kept full transparency and would call/text with all the updates.
Josh took care of the recall with great professionalism and really appreciate all his hard work working with headquarters and the engineers.
Everyone was helpful to get a rental car so I’m able to go to work also.

I was disappointed because they did not accept my GOUDY Honda elite club coupon. I was told the coupon expired but there aren't any expiration dates on the booklet.
