Wilson assured me my vehicle was throughly checked out after the control arm replacement however the second I drove off my steering wheel was making a creaking sound with every turn. If my car was test driven at all the sound would have been noticed which leads me to believe my car was not thoroughly checked. I let Wilson know via text and he said if I wanted his help I could wait until he returns on November 22nd. I took my car back the next day and I was helped by Omar. He was great and he assured me that this time my car was thoroughly checked. So far I’ve had no issues with it.
Also, I don’t know a lot about cars but I don’t understand why they did an alignment first when the control arm was clearly pushed out of place. That makes no sense to me.
