I appreciate Omar getting me a ride to home and back to Honda. That is a great relief. Everything was done on a timely way. He was quite helpful. Things I didn't need, the price was decreased from the original price. I say thet was honest. I'm impressed with Honda service.

I'm not sure how your text messaging system works but before I left Mr. Yu's desk at the service drive, he confirmed my information and I got the welcome text as well as an estimated 4 hour wait, I did not have an appointment. Towards the end of the service,approx 420/430pm, Mr. You called me stating that car had been completed for service sometimes ago and that he text me with the update however I never received any message from the drop off point to the call from Mr. Yu. I'm not sure if this was a system issue or if he was swamped with his workload that he could have forgotten, this window does not allow me to add screenshots of the message I first received.
