Made an 11:00 am appointment in advanced for a A17 service. I Delivered the car at 1045 a.m., they said it would be ready by 1:00. I showed up at 3:00 pm for pick up and the car was not ready. Very disappointed with the service, what is the purpose of offering appointments service ? If running late than why not connect with the customer and let him and maybe throw in a Carwash for the inconvenience. I did not have a good experience. Have been there before and your current team has a lot of for improvement. The don’t even great you or say hello when you show up. They made me feel like I was bothering them or I was ask for a hand out. In shot bad customer service all around. Not what you want to hear but it should be taken a valuable information to make corrections and do things right. Make the customer feel welcome and not unwanted.

Daniel T. Wasn’t on his A game. Nobody was that morning when I came for my appointment. No one from Goudy greeted me. No one. I just stood there waiting to be acknowledged. On top of my appointment I was bypassed by someone that had no appointment and drove in. I was just waiting. The guy who finally asked if “that was my car” was on his phone via his AirPods. I wasn’t sure if he was talking to me or someone else. Daniel did not inform me of the status of my car until I got a text saying my car was ready for pick up. I get it. No one likes their job @ Goudy. The customer service is less than professional but at least pretend to car and act like you’re going to do your job. If I could give a negative star rating for Goudy on any site, it’d be a NEGATIVE 10. Does anyone read these and actually cares. It’s evident that this a wasteful practice. Goudy Honda is the worst of the worst.
