I was forced to sign a paper that says I declined service to my vehicle. So now, if anything happens to my vehicle, they can go back on the paperwork and say that I declined the service. Instead of giving me a different option or as I told the service rep why can’t we say that I postpone it until I have enough funds.

Had an appointment at 10:30 and I had to wait 3 hours for my car to be serviced, David said about 2 hours or less, it's so frustrating how there were no updates. When I approached the worker regarding an update on my car after 3 hours my keys were just sitting at David's desk.it also defeats the purpose of making an appointment if I am going to be waiting 3 hours. This needs to get better and there needs to be updates.
