Kennedy promptly took my call, answered my questions with clear and concise explanation. Encouraged me to take in my CRV sooner. And calmed my anxiety of have a blinking 0% on my oil indicator.
Chastity courteously asked me to stay in my vehicle and she would attend to me. Surprisingly, it was less than 5 minutes. I told her what the car needed. She gave me a clear explanation of course of action to ease my concerns. My car needed oil change etc. & differential fluid and later showed it needed 2 filters. I agreed to have them done at the same time. Accepted the coupon offered by Goudy.
