The amount of time waiting for a simple oil change is insane. 3 hours with an appointment is overly long. The tires were not rotated as promised. I feel it was a complete waste of my time.

David told me the car would be ready at 5:50pm. When we got there, the car wasn’t ready until 6:30pm and the technicians looked like they were rushing.
Then I got the car and checked the rail installation. 2 screws were loose, but the garage was already closed.
I had to bring the car back the next morning to get the screws tightened.
David was very nice and apologetic, but it still was an inconvenience to wait and to have to come back for improper installation.
