I was not completely satisfied with the customer service of the service technicians, but it had nothing to do with Omar. Omar was very personable and easy to work with. A good reflection of your company. When I pulled up into the garage there were no cars I was the only car waiting for service. Nevertheless I had to wait 15 minutes before I flagged Omar down to help me.
