Neil always breaks everything down for and tells it loke it is so I can understand the service to my truck. This time I brought my truck in because the front control arm bushings were starting to crack. He told me that he would submit a work order request for approval since it was covered under my extended warranty. He called me to tell me that the request was approved to include an alignment and would order the ew control arms.Neil kept me updated by letting me know that they were back ordered and wouldn't arrive until two weeks later. I was kind of disappointed by the delay but understood that it was out of his control. Thank you.
