What I really liked was that he and the other tech told me it would be an hour and my car was ready before an hour. In the past, I’ve worked with Duane and for about the last 6 oil changes, I was promised a time, whether it was 1 hour or 2 or 3 and it was always an additional hour afterwards. Very frustrating. So happy to have an experience and expectations met. Thank you.
