The time that the vehicle was going to be done was 2 1/2 hours but then when I was called it was going to be 4:30. I received a shuttle ride home and then my son brought me back by 2 PM. My appointment was at 11:30 AM. I was not satisfied with a 4:30 finish time. I came in the week before to get an oil change and was told I need an appointment. So I if I make an appointment, and I'm told 2 1/2 hours, that's what it should be. If there was something wrong with my vehicle, then I would understand and would expect a phone call saying there was a delay. So it should have been better communication with the person I checked in with. Brittany did an excellent job of getting me out of there before 4:30. The other woman was very nice that checked me in but there was just not a clear communication of when the vehicle would be done.

The service tech ended putting in the wrong oil even though itvwas written on the order slip. That had me coming back out which was not the thing that I was wanting to do at 3 pm I had to work that night 7 pm to 7 am. I was hoping to take a short nap but that did not happen. Itvwas all good on Duane my s part as he called and notified me if this error. The thing I was upset about was that it needed to ge changed right away. I had called the Acura dealer in town and they said it sac hound ge changed ASAP. So I did come and Duane took care of the situation right away. I have been coming here as I purchased the car from you in 2012. I have had all my service done here.

Just that ad when we bought the car said 2 free oil changes but we only hot one free the 2nd we paid full price. I want to keep bringing my van there but do you have coupons it's kind of expensive.
