Truck should have been cleaned from white coolant (?) sprayed all over grill - should have had a quick wash of whole truck after i spent $1700 on mtc for the truck

The check engine light came back on. I spent over $3500 and not happy to see the check engine light come on. My question is did someone take it for a test drive or did a diagnostic check after service work was done. Not a happy customer at the moment
