Tiffany was very friendly and explained very clearly to me the work that was recommended for my Honda Pilot. She was also kind enough to page the service technician Trey, so that my husband could speak with him on the phone.
Trey, the service technician went above and beyond and spoke with my husband on the phone, explaining the recommended work to him as well as why it was necessary! He answered every one of my husbands questions and did not seem annoyed or like we were taking up too much of his time!
This kind of service is why I bring our vehicles to this dealership, instead of the one that is closer to me, and, in fact where I purchased both of my pilots!
