Dwain, my service advisor, was ready for me when I pulled my good ole Honda in for service. My Honda was serviced and out the door in less than an hour. I really appreciate Dwain looking out for my car needs at each appt. I will also recommend Dwain to a good friend of mine that needs an unbiased service advisor who looks out for the needs of the customer above all else. Keep up the great work, Dwain!

He was really hard to speak with. I tried showing him videos of an issue, but he didn't watch it and you could tell he was impatiently waiting for it to end and told me if it happens again, bring it in when it's happening. He just was a hard guy to communicate with. Others I have worked with are easy going and approachable and sit and listen. I felt very rushed with him.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received from Dwain today at your dealership! I called this morning with a question and he was able to walk me through my issue over the phone. He was so kind and helpful, but I asked him if there was anyway I could fit my car in today for an alignment while I was still in Grand Rapids. Dwain was able to fit my car in for the alignment and once the service was complete he was able to help me connect my new iPhone to my vehicle so I was able to use my navigation once again!
