I was extremely upset when I came in because my air conditioning was not working. Tiffany was very polite and professional. I do apologize for my behavior when first speaking with her. I left with a working air conditioner after a very short wait at the service center. My confidence in Honda restored, I am a proud Honda owner for over 15 years.
