Dwain and mechanics are phenomenal!! Since my work hours have changed, it’s been hard to come into Serra Honda to get my car serviced. After finally figuring out to get up early and drop my car off, I thought I would get a ride to work from the shuttle. When I chatted with Dwain, we figured out that wasn’t going to work. He figured out his magic and I got my oil changed and I wasn’t late to work. Thank you Dwain and crew ??

Incorrect information given to me at appt set up by Cami Foley. Told me interior cleaning service (Ziebart) could be done after oil change appt at Serra service dept but I would need to leave vehicle there all day. When I arrived Cami assisted me, she asked mgr about the cleaning service and was told it wasn’t done there. She then informed me about of this and said she helped me set up appt and never discussed cleaning service with me. Then told me she couldn’t see any stains on the seats and when I pointed stains out she said service only covered “bad” stains and stains were removable. She challenged everything I said and was very condescending. Needless to say her customer service skills are not acceptable. This is the 2nd bad experience we have had with her. I will be looking for another Honda dealership for future service.

Tiffany provided incorrect information by telling me there were enough technicians available to get my car in. I called back 4 minutes later and someone else was able to get me taken care of. I also asked Tiffany to leave my key in the car as I usually do. She did not do that even tho invoice was paid several moments after she called. I got a ride to Honda at 1134 thinking my keys would be in there but that was not the case. I got a ride there and wasted my time and their time and gas. This is by far the most interesting transaction I've had with Honda and I've been coming for 3 years. I will definitely ask to speak with someone else if Tiffany ever answers the phone.
