Partly my fault - I was sitting outside waiting for to take me to work, no one called me outside, at the same time, I should have informed them I would be outside. At the same time, you really need more drivers - waiting forever and then having to wait for 3 people to get dropped off before you is horrible. Why not hire another driver?
