I feel the waiting room could be much more customer friendly. A fridge with waters and lids for coffee would be appreciated. While car shopping with my son recently in the area, I noticed many other dealerships offer complimentary drinks and individual snacks in their waiting rooms which were shared by service and potential buyers. It was a nice touch.

Cale was very professional in explaining that that they really don’t know why all my warning systems went off at the same time….and the only diagnostic code was a lean mixture of fuel. When the warning lights went off again(2 weeks later) the DTC was a rich mixture of fuel!!!
Frustrating for a 50,000 Honda but not his fault.
Cale and Cody did the best they could. I hope all the warning lights don’t go off again!
