Cody was incredibly difficult to deal with the last time I was in with my Honda Civic. Which made the insurance claim drag out much longer then needed. I got everything done, but no thanks to Cody. His poor aditude and discretion on decisions, and not listening to the facts that were on the table made for a poor experience. Not just this last time I was in, but quite a few times in the the past I have dealt with Cody and his poor aditude. Meaning: when I have asked Cody about simple service questions, I usually get a "fast talking" response with a lot of "I don't kknow" responses. Which makes me feel he just simply does want to handle my fair concerns and questions. If I have to deal with Cody, I am not interested in ever returning to Serra Honda for service or car purchasing... thanks for reaching out, -Darrick. (****-****-xxxx)
