Being my first time there , I did not know that I was supposed to drive into the building, so I parked outside and walked in the door. Once inside no one acknowledged me and there were no signs or directions to where I should go to get help. I asked a customer what I should do and she said that anyone should be able to help me. I walked from desk to desk and everyone was on the phone so I patiently waited until someone hung up and approached him. He took my name and told me that someone else was scheduled to help me and once they hung up, I was finally able to be assisted. I DO NOT want to be contacted but, I would hope that the service department puts up a sign or something as you walk in to tell customers where to go or to wait there and they will be helped by someone as soon as possible. It’s not normal for people to just drive into buildings without being welcomed first and it’s annoying to be ignored when walking into a customer service area. I did not have any issues with the car service, just the first part of my experience.
