Had oil change appointment today, was greeted right away & was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. After 75 minutes still hadn’t been called so went to service desk & only then did the tech finish the paper work, no apology for the delay. When I made the appointment I indicated I needed the oil change & tire rotation. (Rotation was not done). To top it all off, someone parked my car in a spot next to Kenowa Ave when there were many spots closer to the service area.

The service person told me it would be 2-3 hours. It took a little over an hour when I said they did not have my permission to go over my car to find more things wrong. I asked them to replace my wiper blades and check the air in my tires. I just had my oil changed and the tires rotated less than a thousand miles ago. Too many things on their list of things I need to do we’re already done. I only came there because it was a recall.
