I stated the steering wheel was shaking when I would brake. My husband replaced the front rotars the day before I took in our van to be looked at. The van still would shake upon braking, so this is why i took our vehicle in. I was told the best thing to do was to have my brakes checked. The servicing technician stated our back rotars were severely warped and the brake pads were at 4mm. Your team was very adamant this was the problem. I questioned this 3 times, stating if the back rotars and brakes were so bad, why would I only have my steering wheel shake? I was told it's not very common, but it can happen. To be honest, I was very skeptical my back brakes and rotars were the issue. With the price that was given to me to have this fixed, my husband did the back rotars and brakes himself. He said they were not bad at all. So he replaced them, and guess what, we still have the same issue. So now, do I feel that I should come back to see you and have my vehicle looked at again or do I go to a different place.

Did not come into your waiting area to let me know car was done. I waited at least 30 extra minutes. I finally went back to service area to find out if car was done. Apparently confused me with a different customer who was not waiting.
