Cami was very nice and helpful. She did a great job helping and communicating with us. We had our car in a couple weeks prior to get a full inspection before our road trip to Florida to ensure it was fixed up and safe. It was gone through and a few things were fixed and all was well. When we got the van back that day we heard some clunking in the van when we turned. We thought it was a one off and hit something so we continued on. Over the next week or so we kept noticing that same sound. I called Honda back and they graciously got me in quickly with us leaving tomorrow for our trip. They reinspected and found a couple more issues one being bad shock that was leaking. They fixed it and we got our van back...ultimately just disappointed that it wasn't caught in the full inspection we had at that time and would have had my 3 kids traveling 3000 miles in something Honda deemed as unsafe. I'm grateful everything worked out before our trip but if we had left any earlier that could have been horrible. Service was good,

We feel as though we've been duped. Your employee lied directly to our faces after misleading and misrepresenting the cost of our repair. The initial quote was for $450. Then, after refusing the attempted upsells, we were informed that the technician broke a bolt requiring an additional hour of labor. We authorized this amount $612 through the online portal. Then when we come to pick up the vehicle, we are charged over $780. We never authorized this nor were we informed. We have proof that the agreed price was $612. We will be going to the better business bureau and the appropriate regulatory agencies to file an official complaint. Kami was completely dishonest and took advantage of us.
