Car was scheduled for interior detailing. We were called and told it was done. When we picked it up we saw that the headliner which had dirty scuffs had not been cleaned and we had to wait around for an hour for it to be cleaned and aired out before we could head home.
Final result was as expected but the delay because the job was incomplete was disappointing.

I was not happy with the assistance I received from the member of the service department. However, I was very unhappy that when booking my appointment, despite the fact I was contacted to book my appointment for a recall notice, that the time it would take to preform the recall work was not calculated nor was the availability of parts. After waiting almost a month to get my vehicle in to be serviced for the recall I was first told that they needed to confirm that they actually had the parts to do the work and after confirming that yes they did have the parts I was then told that unfortunately, “we just didn’t have time to do it today” so in essence, I waited, almost a month to have an oil change, and now will need to take another day to come in and have the work done.

I went a whole month without my vehicle ( being told they couldnt get the part for the car) no compensation nothing. Had to call insurance and explain and threaten you guys to get my car done. After finally telling insurance about this my cars parts happen to come in magically and with a snap of a finger my cars done too. Not Satisfied whatsoever. Total ****.
