I drop my car off for an oil change, and I really appreciated the call letting me know that my car was done and ready to pick up early. The attendant was very personable and friendly. I will continue doing business with Serra Honda.

My car was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Service was prompt; there were no problems requiring attention. Soon after I left the dashboard tire pressure light came on. I went back to Serra. Phil checked the tires and assured me that sometimes the car tire pressure sensor needed time to adjust after a rotation. The warning was off when I left but came back on soon after. I don't think Phil explored the problem completely.
