He wasn’t able to resolve my issue with the battery in my car. I next spoke with service manager who was only inclined to tell me of your policies and wasn’t of any help. I then spoke with parts manager and he was quite the opposite. Asked what the problem was; then explained the situation and said YES and my vehicle was ready to go in 10 minutes. Had he not been able to provide the customer service satisfaction, I’m afraid that Serra Honda would have lost me as a customer. You need more people that can say YES and less that want to just quote me policies. I would be available to discuss further by contacting me at ****-****-xxxx.
